- Reception of Holy Communion
- Confession (within eight days)
- Pray five decades of the Rosary
- Meditate on the 15 mysteries of the Rosary while keeping Mary company
All with the intention of making reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

We make reparation for:
- Blasphemies against the Immaculate Conception
- Against Her Virginity
- Against the Divine Maternity, refusing, at the same time to receive Her as Mother of humanity
- Those who seek to implant in the hearts of children indifference, disrespect and even hate for the Immaculate Mother
- Those who revile Her directly in Her sacred images
